Job summary

WizeHire, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee luxury new home builds in Boulder County, CO. The role is in-person, full-time, with a competitive salary and performance bonus.

You will own the program, from scope through to completion, coordinating with architects, designers, and the owner to lock budgets and schedules before subs are engaged. You will run the baseline schedule, manage bids, track changes, and ensure every house finishes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading luxury home construction projects.
• Ability to lock scope and budgets before work begins.
• Strong record-keeping and change-order management.
• Coordination with architects, designers, and owners.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction scope, budget, plans with architect/designer/owner.
• Build baseline schedule and four-week look-ahead; manage milestones.
• Direct trades, bids, and vendor selection with written approvals.
• Log changes with reasons and costs; manage change orders.
• Ensure quality at key points; enforce site standards and safety.
• Present schedule and numbers at the Monday meeting using the system.
