Job summary

Bluejack Builders seeks a Construction Manager to lead on-site construction from pre-planning to completion. You will coordinate with the Construction Project Manager, manage budgets, schedule milestones, and ensure safety and quality across all trades.

The role requires strong Buildertrend experience, excellent organization, and the ability to drive projects on time within a luxury residential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of construction materials and management processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite and Buildertrend or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine scopes of work and deliverables.
• Manage costs to meet budget and coordinate with all contractors.
• Oversee schedules, QA walks, and buyer walks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with codes and plans.
• Recruit and manage labor trades and train through Buildertrend Academy.
