Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or PMP certification required.
• Experience in high-end residential construction preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedules and Gantt plans.
• Coordinate procurement and long-lead materials.
• Drive decisions and approvals, managing Change Orders.
• Monitor labor, materials and financial performance.
• Coordinate billing based on project progress.
