Job summary

BuildForm, a luxury residential design-build firm in the Hamptons, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end projects from pre-construction to turnover. You will act as the main liaison among owners, architects, consultants, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive luxury build experience, superb organizational skills, strong financial oversight, and a commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Office and field-based role in The Hamptons, NY.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing luxury custom home builds.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the Hamptons.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and produce weekly status reports.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate permitting, approvals, and long-lead material procurement.
• Oversee field coordination, QA/QC, and client communications.
