Buildlabs Custom Homes, LLC is a high-end residential construction company seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead luxury projects from pre-construction to completion. You will maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure quality, efficiency, and client alignment.

The role requires managing projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met with precision and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of high-end construction standards, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Estimate costs, track expenses, and manage financial performance.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors for quality execution.
• Monitor site activities for safety and compliance with plans.
• Provide regular project updates and site documentation to clients.
• Identify and resolve delays, material issues, or site conditions promptly.
• Manage changes in scope and adjust schedules/budgets accordingly.
• Oversee submittal and approval processes within design teams.
