Viceroy Hotels Observatory in Sun Valley, Idaho, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead guest-facing operations across the Front Desk, Concierge, Bell and Valet teams. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Viceroy luxury standard in a seasonal, mountain resort setting.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and cross-department coordination to maximize service quality and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and coach staff.
• Strong communication and guest-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Alice, Innspire) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and guest services.
• Maintain a visible lobby presence and anticipate guest needs.
• Lead Front Desk, Concierge, Bell and Valet teams and schedule staffing.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and F&B.
• Manage payroll and budget adherence for Guest Services.
