Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring groups.
• 8+ years in the full lifecycle development of aerospace structures or mechanisms.
• Experience in requirement definition, design, implementation, integration, verification, and operation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• BS degree in engineering or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and control the subsystem technical baseline with leadership.
• Define, own, and control the subsystem cost and schedule baseline.
• Lead a team of engineers to specify, design, analyze, manufacture, integrate, test, and deliver hardware and software.
• Manage external procurements and internal hardware dependencies.
• Develop direct reports through performance reviews, compensation, and coaching.
• Drive excellence in programmatic and project operations via data-driven management.
