Infinite Medical P.C. in Fall River, MA is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, supported by a dedicated NP or PA, to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires board certification with LTC experience, leadership to mentor NPs/PAs, and comfort with the physical demands of facility rounds. This is a part-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Willingness to perform duties in skilled nursing facilities, including mobility and multi-level access considerations.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
