Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will have a dedicated NP or PA support and work closely with nursing and therapy teams to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Physically capable of long hours on facility floors and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care management for SNF residents as the PCP.
• Lead rounds with NPs/PAs and coordinate resident care.
• Oversee acute illnesses and chronic conditions, discuss plans with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
