Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will lead a dedicated NP/PA and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The position is part-time (1 day/week) in Holyoke, MA, with total annual compensation of $50,000–$60,000. Board-certified physicians with LTC experience are preferred, and PTO plus malpractice insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Comfort with standing/walking on facility floors and moving between rooms and levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while managing chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists for comprehensive care.
