Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee nursing assistants in a long‑term care facility in Ohio. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and supervise day‑to‑day operations under the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, maintaining policies, coordinating shifts, and contributing to quality assurance and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree (RN/RPN) or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing staff and nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with written policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities for residents.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure adherence by staff.
• Participate in quality assurance and discharge planning processes.
• Report on shift activities and coordinate with resident services as needed.
