Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility. This role focuses on directing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining quality care, and coordinating with physicians and the Business Office as needed.

Leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
• Participate in the facility’s quality assurance program and coordinate with other resident services as needed.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain required documentation.
