Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN Nurse Supervisor for a long-term care facility. You will lead the day-to-day nursing activities, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures for safe patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities spanning charting, documentation, and coordination of resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license to practice in this state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and surveys conducted by government agencies.
• Meet with the shift's nursing staff and support personnel to plan services, programs, and activities.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfer processes and nursing documentation.
