Job summary

PACS is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care and supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants in a long-term care facility. The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines and the ability to coordinate services with the Nursing Director or Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining documentation, and participating in quality assurance and surveys.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree and active LPN/LVN license.
• Experience in long-term care nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants and oversee patient care.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and quality assurance program.
• Coordinate shifts, plan services, and ensure accurate charting and documentation.
• Perform routine supervisory duties and support staff development.
