Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
• Review and update the Nursing Service Procedures Manual as needed.
• Coordinate shifts, services, programs, and activities.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys as requested.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in resident records.
• Oversee medication administration and safety protocols.
