PACS is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care to residents and lead the day-to-day nursing staff in a long‑term care facility. The role requires supervising nursing assistants, planning shifts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include charting, admissions/discharges coordination, and maintaining quality assurance within the nursing service. Must have a current LPN/LVN license and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must possess nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the facility.
• Supervise and plan shifts’ services, programs, and activities to maintain quality resident care.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff compliance with its procedures.
• Complete accident/incident reports and ensure proper charting and documentation for residents.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel and ensure a respectful, safe resident environment.
