Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proven supervisory capability.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents.
• Knowledge of universal color codes and driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small teams of installers and lead daily workload.
• Install outlets, jacks, face plates, and mounting boxes.
• Build closets with backboards, cross-connects, racks, patch panels.
• Perform testing and troubleshoot cabling and circuits.
• Identify active voice or data circuits.
• Complete company paperwork on time (timesheets, work orders, etc.).
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Travel as required.
