Job summary

Electra Link Inc. seeks a seasoned Low Voltage Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality. The role collaborates with operations, field teams, customers, and subcontractors to drive successful execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and risk, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management in low voltage, structured cabling, security, AV, electrical, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent commercial construction or technology projects.
• Projects exceeding $500K preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, CCTV, Access Control, Security, AV, Network Infra, and Technology Integration.
• BICSI certifications or similar are a plus.
• Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management expertise.
• Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-voltage projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead and support project teams to ensure successful execution.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee forecasting, WIP reporting, and profitability.
• Monitor milestones and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
