Job summary

DynaFire LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Specialty Construction Foreman to lead wiring and device installations for fire alarm, security, and voice/data systems. You will oversee 1–5 installation personnel, plan efficient layouts, and ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering a quality product.

Responsibilities include inspecting sites, coordinating with project managers, forecasting labor usage, and directing multiple crews across projects.

• Ability to forecast labor usage for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting installation sites and study work orders to determine materials and procedures.
• Meet installation deadlines as described by the project manager.
• Direct personnel from the Installation labor pool to ensure efficient and profitable installations of wire, devices, conduit, and materials.
• Effectively manage 1 to 5 personnel per crew.
• Manage multiple crews for multiple projects.
• Plan the most efficient method to install wiring and devices for a system.
• Provide project managers with forecasting reports of labor usage and planned usage for projects.
