Job summary

IET Corp is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation crews in the design, installation, and integration of low-voltage systems including security and AV configurations.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring staff on-site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry and a proven leadership track record, with ability to read blueprints and travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in low voltage installations including structured cabling, security systems, and AV.
• Previous foreman or leadership experience in the low-voltage industry.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and project documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers and technicians in the installation and integration of low-voltage systems.
• Oversee project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with superintendent, project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards, including adherence to local codes.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and final inspections of installed systems.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field operations and ensure client satisfaction.
