Job summary

At DynaFire, a leading fire and life-safety solutions provider, we seek a Specialty Construction Foreman to oversee wiring, devices, and conduit installations for multiple projects. You will manage 1–5 crew members per shift, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality workmanship.

The role requires hands-on supervision of installation labor, coordination with project managers, and the ability to forecast labor usage across projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and coordinate installation crews.
• Experience in wiring and devicing construction projects.
• Strong time management skills.
• Willingness to obtain NICET Level II within 12 months.
• Proficient with laptops or tablets.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1–5 personnel per crew to ensure profitable installations.
• Meet installation deadlines as described by the project manager.
• Able to direct personnel across multiple projects for wiring, devices, conduit.
• Provide forecasting reports of labor usage to project managers.
• Plan efficient installation methods for wiring and devices.
