Job summary

DynaFire LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead construction projects involving fire alarm, access control, and low voltage systems in Florida. The role focuses on profitability, schedule adherence, and delivering a quality product by directing field personnel from planning through closing.

Responsibilities include maximizing project profitability, ensuring occupancy approvals, documenting work in Drive, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• NICET III certification within 12 months.
• Minimum one year experience in management.
• Minimum five years experience on project management field installations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the profitability of projects assigned, including invoicing for materials and equipment and efficient labor resource use.
• Ensure the certificate of occupancy passes on first inspection.
• Maintain project folders in Google Drive for each project.
• Communicate project needs to all stakeholders including superintendents, foremen, installers, customers, and clients.
• Mobilize, wire, trim, perform final connections, programming, pretesting, and final documentation to complete system delivery.
• Assist sales in preparing RFIs and change orders.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, shop and contract drawings, and specs.
• Trains installation workforce and customers on equipment use.
• Interface with Engineering to create accurate documentation.
