Job summary

DynaFire is seeking a Specialty Construction Foreman to lead wiring and device installations for fire alarm, security, and voice/data systems. Responsibilities include directing installation crews, meeting project deadlines, and forecasting labor usage to ensure profitable, high-quality work.

The role requires NICET Level II within 12 months, proficiency with laptops/tablets, and a track record of managing multiple crews across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring and devicing construction for fire alarm, security, and voice/data systems.
• Able to direct 1–5 personnel per crew and manage multiple crews.
• Plan efficient installation sequences and provide labor forecasts to project managers.

Responsibilities

• May assist in inspecting installation sites and studying work orders.
• Meet installation deadlines as described by the project manager.
• Direct installation personnel to ensure profitable, on-time installations.
• Provide forecasting reports of labor usage for projects.
• Coordinate multiple crews across projects.
