Job summary

DynaFire LLC in Florida seeks a Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee construction projects for fire alarm, security, BDA and voice/data systems. You will drive planning, execution, monitoring and closing to deliver profitable, high‑quality outcomes on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with sales and engineering, hands-on programming and testing, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Mentoring staff and maintaining documentation are key.

Qualifications

• NICET certification roadmap with required level timelines.
• Experience with fire alarm design, inspection, and commissioning.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize project profitability while following invoicing policy.
• Program, design, and oversee fire alarm and related systems.
• Ensure occupancy certificates pass on first inspection.
• Lead hand-off meetings between sales and operations.
• Maintain project folders and documentation.
• Communicate needs to all project stakeholders.
• Manage mobilization, wiring, testing, and final documentation.
• Support sales with RFIs and change orders.
• Guide field personnel on code compliance and best practices.
