Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation and integration of cellular and public safety In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems in Nashville.

You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and field service engineers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Market Manager and customers, reviewing documentation, and maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required; OSHA 30 hour preferred.
• 3–5 years low voltage cable installation experience (preferred).
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience (preferred).
• Experience with RF in-building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and install DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems.
• Lead on-site teams including subcontractors and internal field teams.
• Coordinate with Market Manager and with customers.
• Ensure materials and safety compliance at sites.
• Review time logs and closeout documentation.
• Travel as needed to job sites.
