Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead on-site teams responsible for the installation and management of In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and Rooftop Small Cell systems. You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal field teams to advance projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise in RF testing, fiber, coax, and DAS platform knowledge. Travel to client sites will be needed to support installations and project close-outs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED, or 3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10 hour certified (required)
• OSHA 30 hour certified (preferred)
• 3-5 years of low voltage cable installation experience (preferred).
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience (preferred).
• Weekend and night work may be required to complete closeout packages and other job-related paperwork.
• Minimum 3 years of on-job training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with RF in-building systems.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of service networks: GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, EVDO and the service applications characteristics and capabilities.
• Good knowledge of service network implementations and integrations including deployment, access, core, and transport service networks.
• Knowledge of a variety of DAS platforms including JMA, Solid, Commscope, ADRF, and Corning.

Responsabilidades

• Detail-oriented and results-driven, knowledgeable in RF and optical distribution of RF signals.
• Responsible for on-site management of installation teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee DAS, BDA, DRAN, and Rooftop Small Cell installations from inception to close-out.
• Coordinate with Market Manager and Customer to meet timelines.
• Review documentation to ensure installation standards are met.
• Maintain daily safety reviews with onsite personnel.
