Job summary

Mann Wireless, Ltd. is seeking a Lead Technician to direct onsite DAS and in-building public safety projects in the Tampa Bay area. The role requires leading field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Candidates should be able to travel statewide and lift heavy loads as needed. This working supervisor position emphasizes hands-on installation of low-voltage cabling and RF fundamentals, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and grow within a small company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AAS/AS in Engineering or Technology or related military experience preferred.
• Experience leading construction projects and field teams desired.
• Ability to travel throughout Florida, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite project direction and leadership for technicians and subcontractors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor field teams; complete project documentation and status updates.
