Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead on-site teams and supervise installation of DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems. You will coordinate with customers, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10 certified (required).
• 3-5 years of low voltage cable installation experience (preferred).
• RF in-building systems experience and knowledge of DAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Directs on-site teams including subcontractors and internal field staff.
• Oversees DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell installations.
• Coordinates with customers and Market Manager; ensures timelines and installation standards.
• Reviews and approves time logs; ensures safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintains project timelines and communicates schedules to stakeholders.
