Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leading construction projects and field teams.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating field work.
• Low voltage cabling and testing experience.
• Experience with RF, DAS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and supervise technicians and subcontractors onsite.
• Manage project scope, timelines, materials, budget, and quality.
• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide status updates to Project Managers and customers.
• Train and mentor field staff.
• Install low-voltage cabling and understand RF fundamentals.
