Job summary

Anchor Com LLC is seeking an experienced DAS Foreman to oversee installation projects in our Southwest Region (AZ base). This leadership role involves coordinating with carriers and project managers to deliver projects on time and to spec.

You will lead and supervise on-site crews, read RF designs and site plans, install and test coaxial, fiber optic, and low-voltage cabling, and maintain punch-lists while enforcing OSHA safety standards. Travel within the Southwest region is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training a plus
• Ability to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs, and perform physical labor in various environments
• Willingness to travel within the Southwest Region as projects require
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise DAS installation crews on-site
• Coordinate daily work activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Install, terminate, and test coaxial, fiber optic, and low-voltage cabling
• Mount and align antennas, remote units, and related DAS equipment
• Read and interpret construction drawings, RF designs, and site plans
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain punch-list documentation
• Enforce job-site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Communicate project status to Project Managers and clients
• Manage material logistics, tool inventory, and crew scheduling
• Mentor and train junior technicians
