Job summary

Diversified Electronics Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Low Voltage Equipment Installer to install DAS wireless systems at customer locations, mount components, and perform RF testing. Regular local travel to jobsites and occasional overnight trips are required.

Role involves lifting up to 100 lbs, working in non-climate controlled environments, and complying with safety standards including OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hand tool knowledge is required.
• Clear MVR for 7 years is required.
• Driver's license for the state of residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Installing DAS wireless equipment using external and internal antennas, coaxial cables, fiber, and other components to NEC standards at customer sites.
• Mounting rack, wall, or ceiling DAS components.
• Connectorize RF cable and test connections.
• Troubleshoot new and existing DAS systems.
• Conduct RF coverage testing and optimization before and after construction.
• Perform RF and Cabling Site surveys and document findings.
• Operate and manage basic computer systems and IP interfaces.
• Assist with wiring DC power plants and low voltage circuits.
• Maintain and update job-related documentation and keep customers informed.
