Qualifications

• Associate degree or Certification in a technology services/technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years combined experience in site support or infrastructure technician roles.
• Industry certifications such as CNET CNCI, INST1, INSTC/INSTF, TECH are preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications and proven cabling installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical/mechanical docs.
• Knowledge of telecom, data, security, and wireless cabling installations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities per project plans and schedules.
• Lead team for installation and service of low voltage cabling and related systems.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor quality and address deviations from plans promptly.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Manage resources and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
