Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead field crews on structured cabling installations across commercial new construction and healthcare facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role coordinating a crew, ensuring quality, and representing the company on site.

You will manage a crew of up to 4 technicians, oversee installation of voice and data cabling systems, and maintain client communications while upholding safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured cabling installation, termination, testing, and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews.
• Strong knowledge of voice and data cabling systems.
• Excellent client communication in commercial environments.
• Stable work history with long-term commitment.
• Healthcare experience is a plus; work across healthcare and commercial construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of up to 4 technicians, including teams of 2 across multiple areas of a project.
• Oversee installation of voice and data cabling systems, ensuring workmanship meets standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients, general contractors, and building occupants regarding scope and progress.
• Inspect installs for quality and adherence to industry standards throughout each phase.
• Coordinate material pickups, tool management, and day-to-day field logistics.
• Represent the company with professionalism on every job site.
