Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in a technology services/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of combined experience in a Site Support Technician and/or Infrastructure Technician role (or similar experience)
• Preferred certifications: CNET CNCI, BICSI INST1, INSTC/INSTF, TECH, Manufacturer certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to install, terminate and test low voltage cables including twisted pair, coax, and fiber optic cabling.
• Strong knowledge of installation standards (BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA) and NEC safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities according to project plans and schedules.
• Lead team to install and service low voltage cabling and related systems.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor quality and address deviations from plans promptly.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage resources to optimize project outcomes and control expenses.
• Complete physical installations and removals of cabling infrastructure and related components.
