Job summary

Team Fishel in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Low Voltage Technician II to install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems across commercial, industrial, and government facilities. You will lead field activities, mentor junior technicians, and ensure work meets NEC, BICSI, and customer standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of commercial low-voltage experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial low-voltage installation experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot system issues and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience installing structured cabling, fiber optics, access control, and IP video surveillance systems.
• Strong reading of blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic cabling.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based access control and video surveillance systems.
• Mentor Technician I personnel and coordinate daily field activities to meet schedules.
• Lead small crews and promote a culture of safety on site.
