Job summary

PPC Partners is seeking a Lead Technician, Low Voltage to supervise the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of structured cabling and low voltage systems at client sites. You will lead a field team, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety and quality across all tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, HVAC control knowledge, and hands-on problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in HVAC control systems installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic.
• Familiarity with local building codes; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects with tools, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency.
• Mentor and supervise technicians to ensure safe, high-quality work.
• Install and test low voltage systems in compliance with codes and standards.
• Complete on-site documentation and coordinate with supervisors for inspections.
