Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing network engineering team across global regions.
• Drive strategic network initiatives from research and design through vendor evaluation and deployment.
• Own the architecture and evolution of low-latency trading network infrastructure.
• Partner with Principal Engineers on complex designs to raise technical standards.
• Manage a dynamic project portfolio, reprioritizing based on business needs and risk.
• Establish operational practices: change management, incident response, and post-implementation reviews.
• Oversee vendor relationships, RFPs, proofs-of-concept, and design reviews.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex network issues.
• Contribute to budgeting, capacity planning, and regulatory documentation.
