Universal Orlando is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager responsible for overseeing all loss prevention programs and investigations across the resort. You will lead officers, manage cases from inception to resolution, and coordinate with HR, security and local law enforcement.

Responsibilities also include safeguarding guests and celebrities, supervising daily activities, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualificações

1-3 years investigation or loss prevention experience required.
Background check mandatory and must meet Universal Orlando’s criteria.
Ability to obtain State Class D security license is required.
Completion of Wicklander-Zulawski interview/interrogation course is required.

Responsabilidades

Lead investigations of guest and employee misconduct resort-wide, including theft and policy violations.
Direct supervision of Loss Prevention Officers; hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee daily department activities: supervision, reports, arrests, and discipline.
Case management from inception to final resolution; liaison with law enforcement and legal teams.
Provide personal protection for celebrities and dignitaries on property.
Commitment to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
