Universal Orlando is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to manage and execute all LP programs across the resort, directing Officers and handling investigations into guest and employee misconduct. The role includes coordinating with security, HR and law enforcement, and providing VIP protection when needed.

Aufgaben

• Investigate guest and employee misconduct resort-wide, collecting evidence and interviewing subjects.
• Direct supervision of Loss Prevention officers, including training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily department activities, cash reconciliation and incident response, including trespass/arrest decisions.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, coordinate with HR, management and law enforcement.
• Provide protection for celebrity and VIPs as needed.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities are followed.
