You will supervise officers, respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and coordinate with leadership to prevent loss and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and uphold high safety standards across the property. Starting rate is $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel security, loss prevention, or related field.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Loss Prevention Officers during shifts.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the resort in guest and service areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents involving guests, team members, or property.
• Conduct investigations and document findings and incident reports.
• Monitor security equipment and assist with emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with hotel leadership and departments to address security concerns.
