Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and day-to-day reporting for customer orders.
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and understand daily requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning activities to support inbound/outbound operations.
• Process and manage customer orders through internal systems, including EDI feeds.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed on time to meet KPI targets and inventory expectations.
