Job summary

DP World in Union City, GA is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations and coordinate with customers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery. You will handle inquiries and escalations, produce weekly and monthly performance reports, and set up orders in internal systems (EDI feeds or manual entry).

Qualifications

Customer-focused logistics experience with ability to resolve issues promptly.
Proficient use of Excel for tracking, analysis and reporting.
Strong communication to coordinate with customers, carriers and internal teams.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and escalations plus daily order reports throughout the order lifecycle.
Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to align on daily business requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports with accuracy.
Coordinate scheduling and planning to support inbound and outbound operations.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Set up orders in internal systems, including EDI feeds or manual entry.
Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPIs and monitor inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
