Job summary

Versant Media, LLC is seeking a Manager of Production & Technical Operations to lead day-to-day live productions, staffing, and operational readiness from our Englewood Cliffs, NJ base. You will coordinate with Editorial, Engineering, and Broadcast Operations to maintain air-ready productions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership of on-site studio crews and freelance staff, with travel to New York facilities as needed and a base salary in the $120,000–$135,000 range plus

Qualifications

• 4+ years in live television studio, control room, or production operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of studio/control room workflows and operational requirements.
• Ability to make timely operational decisions under pressure while coordinating multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Englewood Cliffs, NJ with occasional travel to NY facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead live production operations across studios and control rooms to ensure staffing, preparation, and execution to standards.
• Anticipate staffing, workflow, and technical needs for daily programming and high-profile events.
• Manage staff and freelance production personnel; coordinate crew assignments and coverage.
