Ideal candidates have 3+ years in on-air broadcasts, strong leadership, and experience with fast-paced operational troubleshooting. The role requires flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24x7 broadcasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs experience in an On-air broadcast environment.
• Experience in television production and broadcast operations.
• Ability to lead, prioritize and adapt in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift of on-air cable operations for Versant networks and streaming events.
• Monitor and maintain satellite, fiber, and terrestrial distribution, and cloud-based streams.
• Ensure 99.999% on-air availability and reliability for all channels.
• Manage daily maintenance events in the NOC.
• Coordinate daily schedules and broadcast execution with brand leaders.
