Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years AV experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong guest service orientation and time management.
• Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures.
• Fluent with common software and operating systems.
• Proficient in audio, live mixing, video switching and lighting.
• Experience with TV networks and events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a budget and schedule for configuring, installing, troubleshooting and supporting control systems.
• Maintain daily programming schedule for onsite displays.
• Provide adequate tech coverage for daily operations.
• Create monthly schedules for tech staff.
• Collaborate with team to determine event-specific needs.
• Oversee production and event operations within budget.
• Ensure equipment is operational; manage maintenance logs.
• Assist back-of-house entertainment systems and LED maintenance.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
