Job description

We are seeking an experienced AV Manager to oversee the Video & LED systems department. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of AV equipment, contributing to the successful delivery of outstanding events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Video & LED technical team, overseeing daily operations and workflow efficiency
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot video, camera, and LED systems to ensure peak performance during events
  • Conduct quality control checks on all AV equipment, ensuring safety and high standards
  • Coordinate equipment setup, staging, and rapid response for incoming and outgoing gear
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet event deadlines and requirements
  • Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and operational efficiency
  • Maintain inventory, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with LED walls, video equipment, and live event AV systems
  • 1-2 years of management or team leadership experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair AV equipment in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software
  • Flexibility to work late hours, weekends, or during peak seasons
