Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of Audio Visual, IT, or broadcasting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• AVIXA CTS certification expected within the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in multimedia systems.
• Operate control rooms and AV equipment proficiently.
• Coordinate and manage equipment repairs.
• Maintain system documentation and service manuals.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Knowledge of legacy and state-of-the-industry multimedia systems

Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Experience with AV equipment and control systems

Ability to read high-level schematics

Good repair bench knowledge including soldering skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Media, Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field

AVIXA CTS and ITIL Foundation Certification
