Job summary

A major entertainment venue in Baltimore is seeking a Production Manager to oversee audio/visual production and manage event logistics. With a strong background in AV and excellent time management skills, you will maintain budgets, schedule tech staff, and ensure all equipment is fully operational. Expected to work flexible hours, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AV.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200 pounds.
• Technical/Production skills in audio and video.
• Knowledge of TV Networks and operations.
• Ability to perform under bright lights and loud noises.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget and schedule for control systems.
• Collaborate with team to determine event needs.
