Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP, a national law firm with a strong record in middle-market matters, seeks a Litigation Support Manager in Columbus, OH. You will lead a skilled team delivering innovative, defensible eDiscovery and litigation support services across the firm.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of eDiscovery experience and a collaborative, service-oriented leadership style to optimize case teams’ use of technology and processes. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management experience, required.
Knowledge of the EDRM, litigation lifecycle, and defensible eDiscovery processes.
Proficiency with litigation support platforms such as TrialDirector, CaseMap/TimeMap, Viewpoint, Relativity, Adobe CC, and MS Office.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the firm’s Litigation Support Team, including staffing, performance reviews, and professional development.
Develop and promote standards, workflows, and best practices for defensible service delivery.
Provide eDiscovery consultation and technical guidance to attorneys and staff.
Collaborate with case teams to assess needs and translate processes into guidance.
Oversee eDiscovery workflows: data management, searching, production, and trial support.
