FBT Gibbons LLP in Louisville, KY is seeking a Litigation Support Manager to lead a skilled team and deliver innovative eDiscovery services across the firm. You will blend technical depth with strategic leadership to support attorneys and clients on complex matters.

The ideal candidate brings strong eDiscovery experience, sound judgment, and a service-oriented leadership style focused on team development and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management.
• Knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle and defensible processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Litigation Support Team, including staffing and coaching.
• Develop standards, workflows, and best practices for defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery guidance to attorneys and staff throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Oversee workflows: data management, searching, document production, and review tools.
• Monitor trends and vendor relationships to support service delivery.
• Deliver training and educate on litigation support technologies.
